Each of these agent may bring impact to individual's life and education. It would influence individual's life with different characters and personalities which depending on the society's life.

Education for all: no age limit, for all gender, status and position, interest and education can guide us..learning can guide us and help us..Gain more knowledge is good for our development.

Education for all:

Education has no limited. It is either formal and non-formal education. Education is every where. It doesn’t matter either you are still young or old. We can learn everywhere. Even we are already working, we still can do it. Education is either for self-development or any other purposes, it doesn’t matter. It is up to individual. I remembered a story from my friend that his father is nearly pension age 53 years old but his father is going to take his master at United Kingdom. So, these shown that age doesn’t matter, and it’s individual interest. Everyone has their right about education.

Developing the whole person:

We can’t develop the whole person but we can help them to develop some part of them. We also can’t force them on that, it’s their willingness, desire, need and want. For me, it is impossible if we want to develop the whole person. What we can help them to develop are, their personality, skills, knowledge, education, discipline, self-esteem, intelligence, creativity, memory and imagination for the individual and etc. But it depends on individual, developing the whole person mean making new changes, improve, gain or wide the knowledge and etc.

Lifelong learning:

It is for long-term learning and it is useful for our life. Example such as learn how to speak and write. We need to learn how to speak because to communicate with people or society. And then we need to learn about our environment especially the communities, societies and world. So this kind of learning is for the lifelong learning.

Learner needs and motivation:

Learner really needs someone to guide them or need something to fulfill what they are learning and get motivation from some one or something to learn. Example, a school boy needs his parents to support him buy the books, stationeries or anything for his study and he needs his parents to guide him about his homework to make him more understand about his homework, so from there, he needs motivation from his parents to learn and to help him to get better achievement and his needs.

Participation:

Participation have no limit for age and gender. Nowadays, everyone can participate on any activities and can participate on making decision.

Guidance:

Someone who needs guide to achieve and fulfill his needs. Example, adolescent is a person who is growing up and stage to expose to real world or life. He is still confuse and learn about life, so his parents or someone important in his life needs to guide him to help him to learn about life and guide him into positive results.

Success and failure

Success doesn’t mean we never experience failure. Most of success things are come from failure. When we want to do any activities, first stage will not 100% success and that is also call failure. So from the first experience, it makes us to improve it and plan it to achieve better result to make it success.

Perceptions and attitudes:

We can make any perception or assumption about someone by looking their physical appearances and attitudes but it doesn’t really true by perception only because we need to know them first then we will know their real attitude.

Inno-Meeting, it is a meeting about how to solve problem and the factors. Why When How? During this course, all participants must participate and distribute their ideas. Inno-meeting is where we voice out our ideas, unsatisfactory, jot down our ideas, discussion, presentation, become facilitator, negotiation and team work.

During the visit, we are also learning the Korean History and gaining extra knowledge about Korean Life and History

Youth activities: As youth work, I'm always dealing with youth. During this activities, I learnt how to communicate with youth with different language, body language, instructor, self-confidence, public speaking, how to attract them and understand them~

Learning Journal

What is learning?

An inner process:

The process on how we accept what we learnt and how we tell ourselves how to understand what we learnt.

Intentional/ unintentional learning

Intentional learning is when we have the desire/ needs to learn and unintentional learning is when we learnt from mistake or when we learnt from other people's experience without us even going through it.

Learning is unconscious

This is the time we didn't realize that we are learning something new without realizing and knowing it firsthand.
